Following on from two half-year travel incentive trips, the top 20 performing dealership sales managers across the whole period, together with their partners, were awarded with a four day event in the beautiful town of Sorrento, Italy.
PAEM’s relationship with the client has spanned over 20 years and covered more than 100 events, from conferences and sales panels, to incentive travel, corporate hospitality and gala dinners. The client has used PAEM’s services to travel to Beijing, Venice, Cape Town, Vienna and St Lucia, amongst many others.
Well known as one of Europe’s most upmarket destinations, with excellent transport connections and wonderful experiences, Sorrento was able to provide the VIP factor winners deserved. This touch of luxury encompassed the entire event to ensure the winners were made to feel very special, with the inclusion of multiple VIP activities, speedboat convoys and exclusive restaurants.
During the event a Facebook group was created, aiding the camaraderie and flow of the event, as well as creating long lasting relationships which in turn has resulted in regular reunions.
The programme was a complete reveal so none of the guests knew the details of the itinerary. They only knew the destination, what to wear, what to bring with them and what time to be at the airport. Tiny hints were provided across the personalised communications to ensure guests had the right guidance.
Highlights of the trip included:
- Stretched cabriolet cars
- Eating on the Sorrento Peninsular overlooking Capri
- A speedboat convoy with an impromptu swimming stop
- Dinner on the terrace of Villa Silvana with a performance from a tenor from the Naples Opera
