Here at Performance and Event Management we use our expertise and capabilities in the field of corporate events to add value for our clients in both the short- and long-term.

WHO IS BEHIND PERFORMANCE AND EVENT MANAGEMENT?

Steve Pinnock, who has spent his career delivering conference and incentive travel and events to companies across the UK and around the world.

Steve is well known within the events industry and has managed a series of major accounts such as British American Tobacco, DAF Trucks, Land Rover, Skoda and Volkswagen, winning a number of awards along the way. Steve also spent two years as chairman of the education committee of one of the main event industry associations.

Steve developed PAEM in 2005 with a simple mission:

To deliver exceptional events and travel rewards for businesses of all sizes. 

By keeping the company small, he’s been able to retain a tight focus on understanding clients, budgets, options and objectives. He has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional experiences that genuinely build engagement, encourage loyalty and reward performance.

Peter Clark

Peter is a great “wordsmith” and has many years of experience in events, marketing and business consultancy having held responsibility for client accounts such as Vauxhall, Ford, Hambros Bank, Glaxo and The DTI (now The Department for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy). Peter and Steve have worked together for over 20 years, yet they still retain a sense of humour together!

Julia Wild

Julia is an extremely experienced project manager and has worked alongside other team members for over 25 years. Julia’s obsession is attention to detail – everything has to be “just so”, an invaluable characteristic within the event and travel industry!
Julia enjoys travelling extensively and has a broad knowledge of many world-wide destinations.
Team Member Josie

Josie Spencer

Josie specialises in turning rough notes, plans and brainstorm thinking in to something tangible. Her attention to detail ensures outputs are delivered with excellence. Josie’s core responsibilities include data management, analytical and statistical reporting, and project planning. In addition, she supports the creation of marketing content and social media posts, liaising with suppliers and all the other bits!

Nicola Camp

Nicola is the newest member of the team.
Her expertise is finance and administration and is really proving her worth already… she is really on the money!
Her contributions ensure that the chain runs smoothly in both directions, ensuring the creative team members can focus on creating outstanding events without a worry.

Our leadership team maintains a watching brief on all projects and will attend regular client review meetings to ensure that we maintain a tight focus on your objectives.

OUR SUPPORT NETWORK

As a small travel and events specialist, our most important assets are our personalities and individuality. We know, however, that having a wealth of resources, networks, and like-minded professionals to tap in to will benefit our clients in a number of ways.

For this reason, we have joined AIEA – The Alliance of Independent Event Agencies. As well as allowing us to utilise existing information and resources such as venue libraries, being part of AIEA provides PAEM with the ability to join a united industry voice, share experiences and take part in action groups that will help to shape the travel and event industry going forward.
